  I never do this but this time I had to. I have been going to tsunami for years but unfortunately my longtime hairdresser left a year ago... I haven't had the same experience since then but nothing to write home about. Until last week... I went in and asked for an ash ombre and came out with purple roots and gold hair ($210 later...) I went back a week later to get it fixed (another thing I have never done) and I'm now left with purple roots, blue hair and my long healthy hair is now dead and I'm devastated (a week before a holiday I might add...). They also charged me $61 for a cut (she literally didn't touch my hair and it took maybe 2 minutes) and a blow-dry). So all up I paid $271 for them to ruin my hair and the worst part was I really don;t think they cared at all as I'm sure the knew they were going to lose me as a customer. Used to be a great salon with a great name for good reason but I would;t take the risk these days... : (

  I don't often get my hair done, for budget reasons, but when I do I always go to Tsunami. Friendly, professional staff who know their craft. I've never had a bad experience.
